Shipping & returns
Free standard shipping on orders of $200 or more after discounts, before taxes and shipping, in the continental U.S. only. Alaska and Hawaii are excluded from free shipping. We ship to the 50 U.S. states and Washington, D.C. only; no shipping to Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, or international destinations. See our shipping policy for paid rates.

Where is my order
Every shipping confirmation email has a live tracking link in it — that is the fastest route. If you cannot find the email, sign in and your orders are all there with current status.

Returns & exchanges
Eligible returns and exchanges require authorization within 14 days of delivery, followed by inspection and approval. Refunds deduct the return-label cost and an $8 restocking fee; both are waived for approved exchanges or store credit. Final-sale merchandise and Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. territory orders are ineligible. Please allow 7–10 business days after receipt for processing.
